My husband brought home almond croissants from an unknown place one day. From the layering and flakiness I knew it was from a... legitimate bakery that knew e what they were doing! One week later, he surprised me with breakfast on my birthday with Belgianwaffles purchased frozen from Manuel Latruwe and warmed up at home. He got them the same time he purchased the croissants. Theywere delicious, and I finally found out where the delicious croissants were from. I visited for the first time today and lovedthe selection of different pastries and desserts. The Merveilleux was true to its name and was lovely, light and tasty! Alwayshappy to find more bakeries and cafes in this city, and I?m glad there?s another one I can visit.
