I love ice cream. I do not, however, enjoy ice cream served by a staff member who obviously doesn?t want to be there, sneezes... into their hands, and continues serving people before washing themselves. Add this to the list of businesses I will NOT use inSkyview Ranch. Read more

The employee was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. We stood back to read the menu, we have never been to a location... before so we needed time to decide - we advised her of such and stood back farther in case other people came in. (4 of us) Thegirl kept asking if we were ready to order and would sigh when we said not yet. My kid was the first to pick a flavor of course,and as a result of the ongoing ignorance of the employee, my kid was the only one to get a cone. The other 3 of us decided to goin to McDonalds instead and ordered ice cream from a smiling face there. Considering its ice cream SEASON, might be a good ideafor the owner to go through some customer service training with their team.. Read more
