The service was great, but the popcorn was terrible. Two months before the best before date and it tastes like it's at least 2... months past the date. And extremely overpriced! Read more
Ever since, the new management took over this business, the service got worse than before. The guy over charged us serval times... when we ordered the weekday special and claimed he forgot about the deal. Recently, my son and my husband went to get a smallice cream in a cup. It costed 6.99 plus tax, we had 100 points in our account worth $10. However, my husband redeemed points forthe ice cream. The guy charged the entire 100 points from our account. The points system updates automatically afterwards. Weare never going back to this store . I got reply from Marble Slab customer services. The rep explained that the point systemcan only deduct 50 or 100 points. However, the owner supposed to give $3 back to us (never offered) if he charged 100 points ordeducted 50 points and we would pay the difference. Read more
Came here with family after a busy day, and servers were kind. My sister doesn't like ice cream very much, so she got popcorn,... and she even tried a sample of coconut? Ice cream, not sure what type of ice cream it was, but she even said it was good, andthat says alot. Ice cream was good, and unless you like dark chocolate alot (or white) I don't recommend any chocolate dippedcones. They made me gag, but otherwise its delicous! Would recommend!! Read more

The service was fast and friendly today, from the fella. 10.26.22 I ordered the Peanut butter jelly. All I could taste was... raspberries and peanuts but zero strawberry or the Peanut butter ice cream. Next time I'll order ice cream only, instead of oneswith mixins.
