Amazing Customer Service!! (August 20) Upon entering this Mark?s location, I was greeted immediately by the lady working at the... cashier. I then walked to the shoe department and was again greeted promptly by a very friendly gentleman. He helped me findwhat I was looking for, provided extensive knowledge on the warranty, deals at the time, and return policy. He was one of themost kind and helpful retail workers I have ever encountered. Every staff member I saw acknowledged my presence and made sure Iwas doing okay. The ladies that worked on Sunday June 6 between 3 and 6 are amazingly kind and friendly. My elderly mother fell hurting her... knee. They called 911, made sure she was comfortable while we waited for the ambulance. When after a hour and ambulance theyhelped me get her up and into my car, quick thinking and very friendly. I bought a pair of work boots here wore them 7.5 hrs at work one day. I tried to return them they refused to take back. Boots... were Timberland that had a pamphlet inside that gave 30 day guarantee for satisfaction. I was told I would have to returndirectly to Timberland. Mark's doesn't honor any guarantees. Apparently I didn't read the fine print on the bottom of thereceipt. I buy alot of clothing and shoes from this company. I will be looking for a new company to spend my money at movingforward.
