My kids and I ate there for the first time tonight and I ended up with a great big hair in the middle of the burger. Honestly,... how does this happen in this day and age when people are supposed to know food handling procedures? The bun was also covered inketchup on the outside. It was sloppy and disgusting....same with my daughter's meal. I feel like young kids and fly by nightworkers don't care about how they handle food and it's almost a game to see whay they can serve and what people will eat. Wewill never go back and I honestly, Macdonalds will not be our choice of food moving forward. Too many people don't care whatthey serve and how they serve it. Just terrible. Read more
Worst service ever. As a former employee of McDonald?s (not this branch particularly), I found it very offensive that these... workers are effortless and I can tell that there is a HUGE lack of communication to employees. Also, tables and chairs are aMESS. Don?t expect a clean table here. Their servers are sloppy and downright slow. Busy or not, they call out orders ever sosoftly and quietly and it messes up people?s orders. The foods are so messy, no presentation at all and it is humiliating. Theywill toss out your condiments, utensil, etc. in the bag and I?m not very impressed at all. We received a stack of Monopoly GameBoards as if we got any usage of it. This McDonald's is great for Skip but only 4 Stars for walk-in. Not sure why but the fries aren't as fresh when you walk in and... the food is only okay if you do. That being said, the staff are friendly and the service is quick. Read more
This probably the worst McDonald's in history for order accuracy. 130th ave McDonald's use to hold this title, but they got... their act together and haven't had issues there in years. With this location, literally every method I have placed an orderthrough they have messed up. Mobile, missed my burger, dine-in, missed my chicken nuggets; 4 delivery orders, 1) didn't removecheese from my big Mac and im lactose intolerant, 2) missed my drink and 3) missed the double patty on my burger on 2 seperateoccasions. It took them messing up 6 orders in a row for me to finally post this review. I understand it's a new location andturnover rates are high, but common on. You need to put in a better double checking procedure to ensure accuracy. Maybe achecklist? You are going to lose customers, as I'm pretty much done with this location. Read more

One of the better locations food wise as its always been hot and fresh when I've gone. But unfortunately the location is small... and the city doesn't let people have drive thru around here it seems.. but they have a ton of customers at this location sosometimes there's a wait for the food but I don't mind so far because it's better then most McDonald's Read more
