Great service. I have a mushroom allergy and they were able to modify a dish I was interested in. Their hollandaise sauce is... perfect, and the mimosas are tasty. The waiting list system is pretty convenient. You can check in and walk around Inglewooduntil your table is ready. *my second time here was not as amazing service or food wise with my allergy and I left a portionuneaten because they didn't seem to compensate for the missing ricotta in this bowl and it was a little dry. I've been waiting years to come to Monkii and dine in (I've definitely ordered their French toast at least 3 times on door dash... in the past but dining in is a way better experience) and oh my godness it was worth the wait! To start off the staff wasAMAZING and extremely attentive. Our server James was fantastic 10/10! The food was incredible, I got the Elvis French toast andmy best friend got the reverse French toast with hash browns on the side. This place looks so fun and different in Inglewood. I just love the aesthetic. The food definitely looks better than it tastes.... Both of our breakfasts were horribly salty and dry, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the restaurants way of making you ordermore to drink. We had 2 of their Irish coffees and they were rather good. The staff was really sweet and although I don't see usever going back I will say that it is an excellent experience. Read more
Came over for lunch with my office. Made a reservation, but still ended up waiting for a table. We than waited ever longer to... get service. The place was exceptionally busy and they only had one waiter on staff which makes next to no sense at lunch time.Food was good. Rather pricey but delicious. Staff was friendly. Read more

Was here for brunch with some friends on a snowy weekday Apr 2022 in Calgary. The interior was warm and inviting - liked the... lighting and the plants. We ordered a variety of different dishes, everything looked pretty good and tasted great. I had thesalmon on waffle and tried the beef brisket poutine as well. Will definitely return when in town.
