bland and underwhelming. I had the beef shawarma, fries with and a Caesar salad. Even with extra sauce the only flavour was hot.... But not even like a good favourable hot, just like, hot?. Even the hummus was bland, and the beef was tough and again, noflavour. The side salad was just lettuce, 4 croutons, and another sauce that again was basically flavourless. This is my first time buying fast food here. The location is strategic, but parking is so limited. Their customer service is... excellent, and their workers are respectful and soft-spoken. Their prices are affordable, and they have varieties ofMediterranean meals. We came with a group of 12 people on one ticket. The staff were so pleasant and kind. They goofed up on my order (understandable... given the bulk order) and immediately made it right without me even asking. I?m not from Calgary but when I come back I?mhitting this place up again. Usually I love the hell out of Osmow?s. I got to try them for the first time in their native Ontario during an 8 month stint... living there. Right before they came to AB! I?ve been getting dashes from this location and feel like the wraps areunder-stuffed lately. For some reason I think they keep forgetting tomatoes or they don?t put much on for me to notice. Allsauce pooled at bottom of wrap. Not too reminiscent of the expertly stuffed and wrapped tight shawarma I miss SO much. Read more
