Good place. Looks a little dated and the bench I was on wasn't super comfy. Food was good but not great. The smoked chicken was... great but the ribs and brisket were lacking. They needed to be on the smoker longer. Read more
Great food. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the beans were delicious, the cole slaw was crispy and fresh. The waitress... was attentive, friendly and helpful. Love the funky atmosphere, comfortable, casual and interesting. Read more
Cool themed memorabilia of a dining establishment. But the menu pricing is onerously expensive in comparison to the value served... and the service rendered. And it's loudness isn't conducive to hosting business meetings in the downtown core. Read more
Solid 4. The only reason why it doesn?t rate a perfect 5 is the price. Otherwise, it?s consistently good and my go to is always... the brisket. While some sides are definitely better than others in terms of value, it just comes down to a matter of taste. I?drecommend the smoked pit beans, bacon corn on the cob. No pictures this trip as I frankly forgot to snap some. Came by for a live show and after our friends set we went upstairs for... some food. Staff was amazing. They were super helpful and pleasant. Although they where out of a fair number of items due toPride, my husband and I both got pulled pork and fries. Him the meal with regular or "boring" fries and I the sandwich withgarlic fries. The food was fantastic. The sauces provided added that extra delicious kick. The portions where amazing and eachmeal comes with 2 sides. Although to much for me, still a great value for our buck. I will be telling my coworkers about thisspot and we will be back for sure. Read more
