This is my go-to pizza place. So many different options to choose from and their pizza is just delicious. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service - worse panago I?ve experienced as far as quality. Today was the last straw. I prepaid and pre tipped and the... driver forgot half our order. He said he would come back and never did. No call or anything. Read more
Love that Panago has plant based options. Only reason I took 1 star away is the last few times I've been there they are out of... many toppings almost every time. I don't get that, is it bad inventory management or what? That's my only complaint otherwisethe staff are super friendly and attentive and always willing to work with you to try and make up for any issues. Read more

Do not order delivery here! We ordered it took over 1.5 hours for delivery, it came cold which at that point we didn't know if... it was safe to eat. Half the order was missing. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and they keep saying theywill call and refund me, they called once to figure out the order then said they would call back and never did, I followed upnumerous time and they keep telling me I will get a call to refund the charge from the manager but I am yet to see my refund.Great way to waste money and not eat. Disappointed because I have had a great experience at other locations and this store doesnot meet the Panago standards I have previously experience. Edit: I see in the comments a lot of people are having an issuewith the delivery driver as well, and panago keeps commenting to email customer service... which is exactly what I have beendoing for over a month with no results.
