The food and the friendly staff keep me coming back for more. All the girls that work the front are amazing and so nice. It?s... nice to have them at Phils. Decent experience, we had the waffles with a side of bacon and eggs. And my boyfriend got the steak and eggs with a side of... bacon and pancakes. Overall for my first time, it was okay. I was expecting something a little better, it seemed to me likesomething was missing. With all the new brunch places opening up I can understand why this place wouldn't be as busy as thosenew trendy ones, it's got a nice charm to it but they can use some updating on their menu.
