Had sate beef pho here in the location before, tasted great! but this time on takeout it did not taste the same, less flavour... and the soup was not hot enough to use for the noodles and the beef just did not taste good. I don't plan to order takeoutagain. Read more
I ordered two soups for takeout this evening with an order of shrimp and beef salad rolls. Both of the soups were missing the... garnishes they were supposed to come with. There was no onion, no cilantro and no spices that are normally in the soups. Theytasted very bland and gross, we had to throw them out. My family owns a vietnamese restaurant so I know what good pho shouldtaste like and it's missing all the things that make the soup great! Also, when I went in to pick up the soups, the lady triedcharging me for small chilly oil. I asked her why she was charging me, they don't charge me for it when I eat in, so why arethey charging me for it when I order takeout? I've been a long time customer of this restaurant, even since it opened. I thinkyou need to hire more staff during your busy hours or hire people who pay more attention to the details or you might lose loyalcustomers. Read more
this place doesn't support birthday celebration so dont come here with your own cake cause according to the owner they don't... have small plates and told us to run over to dollar store to get paper plates! REALLY? however, their appetizers plate, and eventheir plate for bean sprouts are quite small. I strongly don't recommend to come here and the service is slow and terrible.they didn't even clean down the extra table for us when they use the designated pick up order food table and the appetizerdoesn't look appleasing. One star is one too many. We walked in with high expectations as the place looked busy. We were served with tea, it tasted like... dirty rice water, we dumped it back in the pot and asked for water. We ordered the sate beef noodle soup and the chicken springrolls. The spring rolls were tasty. However, the broth wasn?t hot enough to cook the beef, by the time I stopped eating the beefwas still raw. The service wasn?t good at all. I had made eye contact with the server as she looked at me and ignored me. We gotour water when our meals were almost done. I love eating Pho, and I?ve tried so many different places in different quadrants inthe city and I?ve never tasted something as revolting as this place, I only came here because I?m new to the area and it was bythe house.
