I don't care what the owner thinks, I've seen his replies oh it's the best flour made in house from scratch for decades ... secret recipe pretty sure its a local thing with the 5 star reviews. It's terrible. It's thinner than a paper plate imaginebuying a pita bread and opening it and that's your pizza dough ....tasteless, and the toppings It's as if they get it allchopped up and frozen and they defrost for the day and just chuck it on the pizza.
