I used Roma catering for my wedding in august 2022. They were fantastic to work with. It was easy emailing with Danny, and he... got back to me super quickly all the time. We did a tasting menu at their facilities and it was amazing, we had chicken breastwith lemon zest cream sauce, penne la cantina style, green beans with almonds( these were outstanding) carrots and potatoes. Fordesert we got the creek brûlée, which was exceptional as well! The staff during the event were very professional andattentive, I would recommend them to anyone throwing an event, or wedding. When our original wedding caterers faltered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Danny and the team at Roma Catering stepped up... immediately and in a big way. Danny was extremely professional, caring and prompt - a true gem. The food was absolutelydelicious and the service was second to none. We were so appreciative of all the attention to detail and the accommodations thatwere made for our guests with dietary restrictions and severe allergies. We were also sincerely thankful that the Roma team cameearly to setup our dinner tables the day before our wedding. The setup, service and cleanup that was provided was perfectlyseamless. I wasn't the client but a bartender at the event. Frank came into the room, shook everyone's hands and introduced himself, and... the first words out of his mouth were "Make sure we feed you". Free food is always nice, but this guy was so kind when hedefinitely didn't need to be and it shows. Awesome catering service, I hope to work with Roma again :) Read more
