The mobile ordering never woks. This is the 4 th times I am waiting . Now is 12 min for my hot chocolate . Prevoisely , I think... one time they don't look at the screen. The other times the staff were just way too busy to handle the volumn! :(. Read more
Pathetic only one person is working, we went inside to place a large order, the barista kept taking the driver thru orders, did... not bother to help us, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Don't bother wasting your time you'll be waiting to place anorder for a long time as staff just ignore you. Read more
The owner and barista know what they're doing and it's awesome that the store is back. Great coffee and pastry.
Drinks are good, however their hours are not what are posted on their website. Went to get a drink at 5:25 as the site says they... close at 7, but when I got to the drive through there was a sign saying close. This is not the first time this has happenedduring the week either. Read more

2 Coffee?s took 20+ mins with only 1 car ahead of us when we pulled up. No apologies for the wait, the girl seemed new and... nervous with little to no support. Unfortunately, our drinks were made incorrectly and I had to come back and have my drinksremade which then took another 15 mins? my drink was made and missing components. The girl told me ?oh this doesn?t come withwhip? but there?s whipped cream on the picture of the white peppermint hot chocolate on the screen - so obviously, it does. Ialso had to tell her to put the candy cane sprinkles on top? as a customer I shouldn?t have to taste test my drinks prior toleaving because I?m not confident my baristas are competent. If someone is new or not ready, it?s on the business to make surethey are before putting them on the floor. I?m not upset with the girl who?s new but the team members who offered her no supportand the business for not training her in a way that she was confident to step on the floor. edit: After having my drinks made asecond time, my drinks were still improperly made.
