They don't honour the birthday offer. Gave some stupid reason and suggested me to go somewhere else.
If you want me to be honest, it seems like there is a lack of training among the employees. I've been lied to about the... Starbucks system "not working" whenever I want to pay with my rewards app or use a gift card, simply because the barista doesnot know how to do transactions with them. There is only one barista who knows how to handle transactions with the Starbuckscards... I know this because several people have told me they had the same experience when they tried to order with theStarbucks app or cards. I remember going in the morning and the system was supposedly down, however, when I went again in theafternoon it was fine. When I asked if the system was down in the morning, the barista who knew how to do the transaction seemedconfused by the question because it seemed like it never was down. I didn?t even ask for extra shots, but they put so much expresso in my pistachio creme frappucino that I seriously couldn?t... taste anything but the expresso (the drink was brown) It was also super watery and the wait times are always long. Read more
It's a Starbucks, selling everything youd expect it too. There is usually a line that reaches outside of the store, however it... should take less than 20 minutes from initially lining up to getting your drink. The staff are polite, the location clean, noreal complaints. Read more

I stopped going here because I can't have coffee and every time I ordered a creme based frappe it wasn't until I was in class... and took a sip that I realized it had coffee in it. super disappointing as I have to throw away 5 drinks until I gave up. thereis only one worker who actually makes them the way I ask. the other workers seem clueless. the 2 stars are for the girl whoactually made my drink without coffee the first time I visited here. I also say no coffee after ordering the creme based to makeit super clear but still coffee every time. Read more
