November 6, 2022 approx 2:10am (or 1:10am as the clocks had officially gone back) Store is supposed to close at 2:30am. I pulled... up to the drive through speaker box and was immediately denied service (after planning to come here late knowing it was one ofvery few places open) they said ?sorry our server is down so we?re not taking orders? I confirmed ?? you?re not taking anyorders?? so you?re closed??? And the woman replied ?yes? so I slowly decided to roll out of the drive through wondering where togo next, as I watched 2 cars pull in after me, and wait at the pick up window as if they had made their order and were waitingfor food. I pulled back around to the order box, and said ?so are you closed or?? And she replied ?no that we are open but areservers are down? and I asked ?well then can I pay with cash?? And then all of a sudden it was fine and the store was open. Iquestioned the woman about it and she just said it was a ?miscommunication? and ?why would she say they?re closed when it isopen? completely denying the fact that anything happened. What's less than one star? So I'm ordering food and watching it being prepared through the reflection of the glass in my vehicle... even though the prep table is out of site...said reflection is clearly showing me that the worker is NOT wearing gloves to serveme my lukewarm food. Meat and cheese burritos are supposed to be hot and cheese melted...ours were not. Said worker is also onlyone on shift apparently so you know that means that they are also handling cash and pushing the drive thru headset buttons.(Insert throw up emoji here). My stomach is currently rumbling and I'm more then certain I can make a case for this should I getsick. Ohhhhh videos! Sweet! When I asked her why she was not wearing gloves, of course defensively spit out abruptly that shewas indeed wearing gloves and could show me them and that they are transparent. I guess insinuating that my fickle eyes areblind and cannot make out the difference between poorly wrapped food that did not include the sour cream I asked for, and waswrapped by bare hands that did not ensure the meat was at a proper temperature nor microwaved with glived transparent ones.Easily 5 violations here....and should I mention I work for an organization that I can get this place secret shoppedimmediately? She made sure to watch me pull away from parking lot as well out of the window which perhaps my eyes were againplaying tricks on me, before preparing the next vehicles order. Stopped in the drive thru at 9:45am to grab something for lunch but nobody was there to take my order. The open sign was lit up,... the door said drive thru only. I waited, pulled ip to the window, went around again, even tried calling the number a coupletimes with no answer. Extremely frustrated with this location. Even if the person working were in the bathroom, I was there longenough for them to be finished and to have seen me. Read more
I ordered chicken quesadillas and extra salsa fresca and guacamole. The quesadillas come with salsa fresca and sour cream which... I didn?t get with my quesadillas! What was the point of ordering extra salsa fresca if I don?t even get what I ordered? Theyusually screw up something on my orders, I don?t know why I keep giving them chances. So disappointed.
