We had such a great meal here! I think it was the best Keg experience that I have had to date. The food was hot, fresh and... delicious. Our server Hannah was kind and attentive. The Beef Wellington Special was incredible; they should put it on theirregular menu. Read more
Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I'm usually weary of these kinds of franchise chains and never had high expectations but finally... decided to try The Keg this week. Boy, was I blown away not just by the food but the exceptional service we received. Theinterior is quite dark and gives a nice intimate vibe despite its large size and how crowded it was. We ordered a top sirloinand Wellington - everything was SO GOOD. I'm not sure if you're able to customize the Wellington as it is prepared medium rarebut I would have preferred it slightly more rare. Regardless, I would highly recommend trying it out before it leaves theirlimited time fall menu! And can I just say that their complimentary bread was easily the greatest bread I've ever had the joyof eating? Part of me was tempted to just feast on that alone but the real cherry on top was the free dessert we were offered asboth an apology for the longer than usual wait time for the food + as a welcome since it was our first time dining. Our serverwas also super friendly and the general manager even came to personally offer the dessert and check on us, which made theexperience all the more better. Cannot wait to be back! Read more
Ambience is perfect for a night out with a special someone. Features a lounge and dining style sitting. Off course I selected... the lounge close to the fire place. Our server was amazing and made us feel we were the only diners. Left with a full tummy andkudos to the cook best blackened chicken with mash potatoes/ veggies ever. #repeatcustomer. Read more

Absolutely an awesome restaurant. First, I called for same day reservation and I was able to book. The person on the line was... very helpful and took time to listen to me. Second, the staff at the front are so amazing and very warm to the guests. The ladywho took us to our table to time to orient us to the place. She did not ask if this was our first time (this is actually not ourfirst or second or…) I just want to say it’s nice that she pointed where the washroom was as it was very helpful to ourdaughters. Third, even though Hannah (restaurant server) had another staff she was teaching, she gave an excellent service ourwhole family will never forget and will be the reason we will come back here again. Next, the appetizers did not disappoint.Everyone loved the calamari and bread. Calamari was crispy and no fishy smell. The sauces are yummy. For the entrée, we sayit’s like 10 stars. We all enjoyed every bite of our dinner. My daughters enjoyed their teriyaki sirloin and steak andlobster. I again after many times of coming to Keg, have no complains about how my ribeye steak was cooked. Amazing experience!Lastly, Hannah treated us with a super surprise desserts but mostly, we appreciated how she was patient with us, and made surewe didn’t wait too long and when it was time to pay the bill, it was quick. Keg at this location is one of my favourites.Just maybe they need more space between tables because the other waiter kept passing by and he bumped my daughter’s chair andpurse a couple of times. Overall, I highly recommend KEG Steakhouse for their cleanliness, delicious food, nice ambiance, andfriendly service.
