Good service, good food. My only complaint - the doneness of the steaks could be better.

Does not deserve even 1 star. Every in-house or take out order is always wrong, we have been given vouchers for all these... mishaps and they always insist it’s a one time mistake… yet they have NEVER got our order right. Todays take out order, withvouchers to apologize for their last mishap, was supposed to have a steak well done… does the picture look like a well donesteak? I think not. We also asked for pepper corn sauce that was runny like water ???? Thanks again for not following basicinstructions, we shall never return. Read more

Our steaks weren't cooked right the first time. Had to wait to get them cooked properly. My bf ordered the filet mignon and... since we had to send it back and get a steak properly cooked I feel the bacon wa reused as it was so burnt. Read more

From the ease of making a reservation on your website to the courteous greeting as we arrivedto the superb customer service we received from your staff, this was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had ata Keg Steakhouse. We have travelled from Toronto for the birth of our first Grandson and thought we would go out for acelebration dinner with our in-laws. First off, we were very impressed by the intensive Covid-19 protocols you have in place tokeep your diners safe during this challenging time. Our meal was absolutely wonderful, our steaks were cooked to the perfecttemperature, the salads were fresh and delicious and the accompaniments excellent. I must say our amazing Server Jameson wasjust such a joy, she was personable, attentive and got everything right. From the orders all being delivered properly, to thecheck-in after the first bite, to the timing of the delivery of the entree, we never felt rushed or neglected as we had a lotto talk about. Jameson even brought us a huge slice of your famous Billy Miner Pie to help us celebrate, which was very muchappreciated.
