Awful experience, very rude staff worker called Rhondara, made a drink with the entire cup filled with ice barely any actual... drink was in it, asked her to remove the ice she said she?s not gonna add any more liquid so basically I paid for a cup of ice..then she gave me a refund as she aggressively gave me back my coins, then SLAMMED the drive thru window, absolutelydisrespectful worker that has been hired by this branch, turns out she?s actually the boss, she wouldn?t give me the managersphone number to make a complaint. Never had a bad experience with any other Tim hortons franchise other than this one. Herreason for all of this type of disrespect was ?you didn?t tell me you don?t want Ice when u ordered?. Read more
Waited in line with one lady in front of me. Watched 9 cars go through the drive thru and not a single person acknowledged me,... all while the one worker made the entire order for the lady in front of me, yet there was 4 people helping the drive thru. Idon't expect immediate service, but at the very least customers that get out of their vehicle and walk inside should be treatedwith the same level of service as those that use the drive thru. The menu at this location says they serve select breakfast sandwiches until 4pm (including the harvest) but at 11:03am they said... ?we don?t serve it anymore, go to another location?. I live 5 minutes away from this location and always get the same thing, andthey?ve never not had it. The man I spoke to (manager I think) had an attitude and kept saying ?do you want anything else? whenI asked him if they were sure because I got the same thing yesterday at a later time. He was rude and wouldn?t let me get a wordin so I cancelled my order and went to the location 9 mins away. That will be my new go to location because of their terribleattitude. I would appreciate a response from management to ensure this issue is resolved because the customer service wasterrible. Read more

The restaurant is very disorganized and not clean. Sanjib the manager is very rude and harassing toward his employees. I worked... for them and the store was a complete mess and not clean.
