A lovely young lady serviced us, we had no problem with our order, all was good. But?.this is a new location and the bathrooms... look like they have not been cleaned good since it opened! The women?s washroom was dirty! No excuse for that. Read more
Everytime I go here I see the older lady and she always treats me like trash, first time I asked how much a large black coffee... was and she snapped back and said "I don't know literally 3 dollars or something!", and I was like okay whatever but last timeI went I was with a friend and we were ordering drinks and donuts and we were in the line thinking about our order, and sheyelled, "hello?!" And we were like okay? But my friend ordered and asked if they had any Boston creme donuts, and she said "it'sall right there, look!" Very aggressively, then he said he wanted one and she yelled at him to say please and he said sorryplease. Then It was my turn but I needed another second to think and she was staring me down very intensively so I felt reallyrushed to place my order getting it wrong not ordering what I wanted. And I said I would pay cash and she walked away and cameback a minute later and said it declined, then I said I would pay cash and she grabbed it and put it in, then we grabbed ourstuff and sat down and another guy ordered and she apparently didn't like how he ordered his food so she didn't actually placethe order making him stay stand there for over 10 minutes till he asked why it was taking so long so he asked her and she saidshe could not say anything, to which he got mad and asked the lady in the back to get him his Chilli and she did in 2 secondsand he was mad and said the service was terrible, and the lady behind him said to the server what was his problem and the serverasked for her number to use her as a reverence to not get in trouble or fired, overall terrible experience and she needs to befired, literally all the bad reviews are because of her Read more
This is definitely a disappointment for a brand new location! It?s 9:45 am - with 1 customer seated - a line up of students with... 4 who didn?t get their orders - not sure why 7 staff on duty can?t help these kids - it?s my birthday breakfast - four cheesebagel and a small coffee - all tables and chairs are dirty - i have to clean and disinfect my own table and chair - we ordered amuffin and coffee for my hubby but had to ask for butter and knife - no one else but us and that 1 customer and 4 staff huddledin one corner socializing - I guess it?s okay to have a dirty establishment as i can see right now a flock of students coming!Nevertheless - cleaning and sanitizing is still important to this day! Ive been going to this location ever since it?s opened and it?s amazing, however I?ve noticed the labels for the baked... goods,some of them are wrong and I see everyone talking about Lyndon and honestly I can agree.
