Terrible food and customer service. Myself and my pregnant roommate ordered from this establishment and specified the beef... needed to be cooked all the way through. They sent us raw beef and undercooked shrimp with our vermicelli. When I called tospeak to someone at the restaurant, both the worker and manager told me I could just cook it myself. Not sure why I would orderdelivery if I wanted to cook my own food. Awful experience. Read more
5-stars plus! These folks are amazing - experts in the kitchen and family run, genuine people. So tasty, every dish is a... culinary work of art. My daughter is ten and this is her favorite restaurant. They will cater to mild to spicy to super firehot. To top off the beautiful experience, they do a free fun dish with I think some minimum purchase, it's always a real treat!Everything is made and presented authentically. Super surprised by less than 5-star ratings to be honest. We love the intimatedine-in experience, but usually nab easy takeout. Love love love this restaurant and the people, highly recommend! Family owned restaurant with the consistency of a chain. Wonderful owners and even better food. I've never had a bad experience... here and everything seems super fresh. It's not the best I've ever had but in Calgary it certainly is my go to. It's arelatively small location but from the moment you walk in the restaurant you can smell the fresh produce they use in the coldbox displays. It's also nice they have a convenient online ordering system for pick ups that most places seem to not have. It'sdefinitely worth a try if you're in South Calgary. Read more
Really disappointing experience last night. We preordered online for pickup in 90 mins. When my husband arrived they told him... they didn't have the noodles to make what we ordered. They could have called us in advance; we had other hot food in the cargetting cold. They created the dish using a substitute. But then they forgot to include the extra side sauce we paid for. Theworst part was the calamari. Clearly overcooked. Smells like it was done deliberately to compensate for spoiled fish; very veryfishy smelling which is indicative of bad fish. Not coming back.
