Service and management was horrible. We live 3.5 miles from store location. We ordered and we?re told they deliver to our... location, 30 minutes later as our party is as expecting delivery we get a call stating they don?t deliver to our location aftercharging my account and keeping us waiting. Didn?t even give us the option of picking up, just cancelled our order and saidoooops we?re sorry, call the 800 number if you have an issue. Tired of dealing with lazy, disrespectful employees or supportingbusinesses who can?t at least be average on a service standpoint. UPDATE: one year later, a friend says they?re going to stopand grab pizza on the way to our house, unfortunately they decided to stop at this Dominos. Girl in pink hair turned your business away. Door was open, and she was very rude. Wish i could put zero but this girl comes out... after 10 mins and says, we are closed, I literally had enough time to use their customer chalkboard draw and the rep says, Hoursare wrong, "temp hours." Read more
The quality of the food is good, flavor and balance of ingredients is not bad for a none local homemade pizza and the cheese is... definitely mozzarella, unfortunately they lost one start because this is the third time I visit this location and when thedomino?s tracker says my pizza is ready the employees still make me wait around 10 more minutes but overall this location isgreat ???? I had one or maybe 2 very minor things ,like I wanted "Chicago cut"you know with square slices. I called kinda moaned about... it.its not that hard to do .They gave me a free pie ,very nice they didn't have to ,i was just saying.so i think they wrote itdown or something and that other thing .ah, forgetaboutit,Best driver's around they get the hungry fed that's for sure..!
