I want to say my experience here at this location is always bad. They either don't put everything i ordered in my bag or the... customer service is rude. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt like maybe it's just they are having a bad day that day.Nope it's all the time. I'm done eating here and I wouldn't advise anyone to come here we work just as hard for our money tojust give it away to bad customer service with these prices that have gone up on food I'm sorry but not sorry. I work at River Oaks Mall, so from time to time I come to Sonic. Any other time, I?d leave a good review, but my last few visits... have NOT been good. Yesterday I brought my son there because he loves the pretzels. Ordered 2 & only got one, the fries wereclearly old & cold. I just left there maybe 15 mins ago. The wait time was just outrageous considering that there was no line, Iordered 2 orders of churros, only got one & the churros has no cinnamon sugar on it at all. I ordered my food & drinks online. Then sat 19 mins waiting on 1 ice cream, 1 slushie, & 1 sour patch kids drink. The drinks... were good but the fact that I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Is unacceptable, they only had one car in the drive thru & 2 carseating @ the dine outs. By the way they also forgot to put the lids on all the way so when my son & I attempted to pick up ourdrinks more than half spilled out. Read more
After seeing so many bad reviews in which I totally disagree how many people are so demanding of not getting the fast service... they deserve and some people saying the food was wrong. All I can say is THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO AND FOR SHOWING UPFOR WORK, otherwise EVERYONE WHO LOVES SONIC WOULD END UP COOKING AT HOME. Also everyone I saw today when I placed my order wereworking and making sure the food was right, some employees even had the orders ready for the cars behind me. They took theorders out in a 92' degree outside. This days people are very demanding and those same people are the ones who don?t want towork? keep up the good Job guys. The worst Sonic to go to. Don't waste your time. Their slushies are basically ice with the least amount of syrup humanly... possible. It has absolutely zero flavor. I've been here twice, having to return my slushie for a remake and it still comes backterrible. Read more
