THEY NEVER HAVE HOT FOODS. I asked them and they said something along the lines of they are not going to be cleaning it until... morning time. This is the closest DD to my home but I intentionally bypass it because of the chronically poor, rude service. I have lived in... the area for MANY years and have seen the management of this location pass hands MANY times. Even after not visiting in almost ayear because of the poor service; I tried it today out of convenience and nothing has changed. I'm not sure if it's a culturalthing but customer service should be universal. Here it is NOT! PERIOD! I will not be going back. I'll continue to travelfurther for proper customer service. This location needs to be evaluated even if they are an independent entity; they'recarrying the DD name. Read more
