I just left the drive through, and this black girl with keloids on her face was very rude and seemed a bit frustrated when... taking my order. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was even more rude. The supervisors name was Jessica and I believethe worker name was shantel. Horrible! I asked for corporate number she gave me the store number! I cancelled my order themanager had no remorse yet she screamed to the grill attendants and yelled cancel that while slamming the window in my face?horrible customer service I will never come get again?. While we were eating a worker came to the tables and sprayed cleaner on every table but ours. You don't do that while people are... eating. The smell ruined our meal, we got up and left. Oh and she didn't immediately wipe the tables but left it there to stink. Read more
This is the best dairy queen I've been to. The burger was grilled perfectly with a nice crust. The vegetables were seasoned... beautifully and the staff was extremely friendly. We are traveling and on a whim stopped here. Glad we did. Read more
This location was filthy. We almost didn't stay, but we chose ice cream only, since there would be little handling of the food... involved. They were short staffed and we understand that this is an issue so we tried to be understanding but we waited a verylong time to order, while drive through customers were continuing to cycle through. We watched employees with gloves on handlingfood, money and touching their hair, all without hand washing in between. The store itself was very rundown and dirty. Read more
