The teas weren't the best they lacked alot of flavor. Half of the desserts weren't good. The sandwich's were fine. Wasn't... pleased at all with the service, strange vibes from young and old staff, we noticed all the older white women that came inreceived warm welcome's and good service, while we got a very cold one like we weren't welcomed? Really not worth the price inboth food and service. Will never return I don't recommend it, there are way better tea rooms. If you're looking for a new placejust look somewhere else there are better tea rooms in Thousand Oaks and in Los Angeles county in both food and service.Honestly a waste of time and money. Read more
Vast selection of fresh loose leaf teas. The Moroccan tea was delicious and refreshing. If dining in, they have clean ceramic... pots and cups. Good selection of sweets, if one wants, accompanied by fresh fruit and sweet cream. Patio is cozy and lets injust the right amount of sun. There's seating indoors, too. Wait staff is fantastic. Caitlin was an absolute doll! My friend Christina and I went today Saturday the 7th of May the day before Mother's Day. We've... both lost our Mother's and my friend Christina had lost her son. There wasn't any room but after Caitlin heard my sad story shemade room for myself and my friend Christina to spend our afternoon at all things tea and reminisce about our Mother's. I willalways be eternally grateful for her kindness. The tea is delicious the food is delicious. The portions are very small and veryexpensive. But it's more the ambience that you're paying for.
