They bend over backwards to make you a happy customer from food substitutions to special requests.The entire family loves coming to Ruby?s. The kids menu is vast with perfect portion sizes. I also appreciate the vegetarianoptions - the veggie fajitas of sautéed peppers and onions have the perfect amount of char. The beverages - alcoholic and aguasfrescas - have all been tasty, fresh, and mixed well. They also have unlimited chips and salsa that they don?t skimp on. Went in hungry, left hungry! Thought I was going to enjoy lunch out and failed tremendously. To LONG of a wait other people were... being taken of before me, I was forgotten and ignored. I paid for my beer and chips as no one would take my order, even when Iasked for help, I was ignored. Reply to Owner: I was not looking for quick service.
