I was charged for a refill of chips for my nachos with chips on the side. Every other Qdoba I have gone to have happily given... more chips if I run out early. It is frustrating that there isn't consistency between restaurants. It was my understanding thatQdoba stopped upcharging for extras, like guacamole, but I was upcharged for this. Read more
Hopefully an off day. It was very hard to understand the girl helping me. She was not tall, and was speaking softly into the... plexiglass. The background noise makes it more difficult, especially if you?re not a regular and need a little more help. I?dsay 1/3 of the tables were dirty and needed to be cleared/cleaned. It was pretty disheveled and messy. I thought they had limewedges but they weren?t out so I asked for a couple. They said they don?t have any. Really? Came back a second time as requested by customer support. Pretty good experience the second time, staff was friendly and the... food was decent. The burrito was heavy and had a good mixture of rice beans and meat. The queso and chips that came free withrewards was bigger then I expected aswell.
