This Wendy's is a pretty cool place but they mess up a lot with things. They get your order wrong like one time my mom ordered a... breakfast chicken biscuit and the drive thru lady changed the order and put sausage egg and cheese. Horrible service, thesepeople who work there are lazy I wouldn't bother going there because they are too strict and lazy with things. It will be awhile before I go back there. And they have kids working there who doesn't care about their job , they like to chat but thenserve cold food. Disgraceful restaurant. Read more
Ordered thru the app. Clicked on here fifteen minuets after I ordered. Both times I waited in lobby 45 minuets to get order.... Employees were rude and looked like armature hour at a very bad theme park. Had one employee actually stop working to take apersonal chat with a friend. Eight people inside waiting and drive thru line around the corner. I've never seen such aunorganized staff ever. Read more
Entered the parking lot at 10:05pm to get into drive-thru line. Reached the speaker at 10:32 and was turned away. Most... respectable businesses have someone come out and tell people not to enter lane because they will be closing and they put conesout so no one wastes their time. I wouldn't return to that Wendy's even if they reimbursed me for the wasted time. Read more
The location is newly open, within the past month. First time I went they said all of their systems were down and they could not... take any orders, it was 12:30pm on a week day. I tried it again and besides the girl taking orders at the drive thru, the staffwas unfriendly and didn't speak I said hello and thank you have a nice day and neither were acknowledged or responded to. Inever received a receipt, I paid in cash at the first window and was told I would get it at the second window, and my fries werecold... Isn't that Wendy's big thing to have hot fries? The Wendy's is getting better from from the time they first started. They've hired people that are experience with fast food so... it's a lot quicker now. We just went there last night just to see how it would be and it's a lot faster so I feel confident ongoing there and getting my food order correctly in a timely manner. Read more
