Darwin?s is one of those coffee shops that is taken over by students so every table is one kid, one Mac, and one small cup of... coffee. In other words, good luck finding a table. Not that you really want one because all of the furniture Is uncomfortablewith uneven legs. Maybe that?s their strategy to keep students from overstaying their welcome? Regardless, my latte wasexcellent and my Rindge sandwich was tasty, albeit light on hummus and avocado (offset by a hearty helping of cheddar).Unfortunately, I had actually wanted a Tempeh Tantrum, but they were out of tempeh. It used to be good but now the workers are rude and negligent. I had to remind them chatting for ten minutes that I haven't got... my coffee yet. When I tried to check in if they're still accepting orders--because it was close to their closing time--thecashier was even annoyed. Lol Read more
Last week they called me because they didn?t have the GF bread for my online order, but they have it again in stock now! They... have also been really quick with sandwich orders recently. The chipotle aioli is great, you can even add it to most sandwicheson the Toast App. Read more
