Edit: revisited this dunks and changed to 1 star. No glazed donuts at 8am, no fresh coffee, menus didn?t work, waited in a line... for 22 min that didn?t move before finally leaving. Horribly rude and understaffed employees. Average at best. Donuts arealways stale even at 8am. Additionally be prepared to wait 30 minutes if you don?t order ahead. Staff aren?t friendly and didn?tseem to care how long you had to wait. They should also care a little more to clean every once in a while. It would make a hugedifference. Read more

To start I have never had an issue with my coffee when I order from this Dunkin?. The three stars comes from multiple times from... when my order was missing items. When mobile ordering when I?m spared for time I have left missing donuts that were not with therest of my order. This is a common theme I have noticed here. The three stars also comes from receiving rock hard bagels. I?mnot sure if their roster is broken but they seem to refuse to use it. They will ?toast? bagels using the oven instead of thetoaster making the bagel stone hard and inedible. When items from my order are missing consistently and items are inedible Ifind it hard to rate this Dunkin? higher than three stars. I hope this helps future customers. Read more
