I?m not gonna cuss as I describe the amazing time that I had on my first visit here! Well, hopefully that is! The place is so... warm, and friendly! Mature crowd, with a mix of college (adults) that actually know how to act! The bartender, Christinewelcomed me as soon as I entered. It felt like I was returning home. Actually, I was. Because as soon as I sat down, I knew thiswas my ?home bar? whenever I?m in this town. I asked her to make a ?Southside?, and she told me exactly what goes in it. Notonly that, she made it PERFECTLY. 4/5 times! So much for the f do ?2-drink maximum? that was self-imposed! It was worth everysip! I will definitely be back whenever I come back to Cambridge! Decent number of drinks and the ones my friend and I had were pretty good too. Drinks have funny (nerdy) names which adds to... the overall vibe of the place. They are open very late so that's pretty awesome. Location is pretty good and the place issuper easy to locate. Read more
Great atmosphere, staff was super friendly and helpful. We sat over to the left of the bar as you walk in and could people watch... late at night which was a lot of fun. Beer menu is right above the entrance and the food list is on the wall to the right of thebar. The bar gave off a great friendly neighborhood bar vibe which we all Loved. We discovered this place when I was showing friends around town, and it's going to be a regular haunt for sure. The food and... drinks were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling too crowded. Wait staff was delightful. Definitely a newfavorite in the Boston area. Try the beef skewers!
