Pammy's had been on my to-visit list for years so finally decided to stop by for a date night, and it was an excellent... experience. The food was incredible - I was especially impressed with the squid and tripe pasta dishes but everything wasexcellent. The chicken breast quite literally tasted like chicken thigh, and our server Michelle told us that it was because thebreast is cooked sous vide in lactic acid, which is changes the structure of the muscle fibers - pretty cool if you askme. Speaking of Michelle, she was great - super attentive but not overbearing, and very warm and personable. Our experience wasexcellent overall. The only slight downside is that there's not much room in the restaurant, so it might not be the mostintimate setting if you're looking for a date night kind of place but that's just grasping at straws. I really look forward tomy next visit. Read more

Had been hearing about this place for years, and I’m so glad we finally went! I’m vegetarian and dairy free, and they... didn’t miss a beat in accommodating that. They also have non alcoholic cocktails which my boyfriend enjoyed. The atmospherewas wonderful, just a really well designed space. And every staff member was wonderfully friendly, including Pammy herself! Thetable for our reservation was running behind, so they offered us a spot at the big table in the middle. Totally appreciated thetransparency and aim to minimize wait- we were seated within 5 minutes of our res time. It was a bit loud at times sitting inthe middle of it all, but we enjoyed talking with our table neighbors. The food was killer, not a single thing we would change. And the house made sourdough? Ridiculously good, and served with excellent olive oil. This has definitely set the bar higher forme for restaurants accommodating vegan diets, as my dishes felt equally inventive, fun, and satisfying as the main menu. Myboyfriend thought the octopus was cooked perfectly, that the lumache had a great spice level, and the venison was nice andtender- but that the mushrooms and eggplant were the real stars of that dish. While pricey, it felt completely worth it. Wewill definitely be back for future special occasions! Read more

This place offers unique plates with diverse flavors. My wife and I ordered the Lumache and Mafaldine. Both were deliciously... fresh and tasty. The drinks are top notch. For dessert, we ordered the homemade lava cake. Read more

Overall the food and service were fine, but honestly the greens salad I ordered was far too small. There's no particularly... expensive ingredient in there (just some greens and fruit and dressing) so it should have been a reasonably sized bowl. Disappointing. Read more

Fantastic dining experience with incredible food and attentive service. Recently took a visit to try their 3 course $69 prix... fixe dinner. Instead of having to choose one from each category, they were very flexible on what we could get. We decided to getthe hiramasa crudo, rhode island squid, mafaldine, lumache, lamb chops, and the pork Milanese, and every dish was stunning. Asexpected from a restaurant inspired by Italian trattoria, the two pastas were the most impressive dishes of the meal. The chewytexture of each pasta was on point, and the integration of unique sauces and ingredients such as the gochujang and the tripeswas seamless. Overall, this was undoubtedly one of the best New American dining experience I had in the Greater Boston area, andI highly recommend trying their pasta. Read more
