I ordered Pura Vida Bowl, It was good, and the portion size was generous. however it didn?t exceed my expectations, the granola... was a 0 for me, too sweet, like no real granola. Moreover the honey on the top made it sweeter. Read more
The customer service is very disappointing. I went to playa bowls tonight on my 30 minute work break and i had ordered ahead... online, which i have never done before. I ordered a custom coconut bowl, because their coconut bowls are my favorite and i gotall the way back to work to find that they gave me an açaí bowl. Not the end of the world. Açaí is fine but i spent theextra money to get a custom coconut bowl because i was really craving a coconut bowl. I tried calling the number to tell themthey gave me the wrong order and thought they might not have answered my call because they knew they messed it up. So then icalled from my friends phone and they still didn?t answer. I continued to call about 12 more times and they ignored all of mycalls. I?m frustrated that my order was wrong, but i?m more frustrated that they aren?t answering their phones so i can try tofix my order :( Read more
I absolutely LOVE their smoothies and their bowls! Tastes so good and it seems like they use good quality ingredients (which is... very important to me). I always look forward to going there b/c I know that whatever I get will be delicious and I always feelbetter (more energized). The interior has a very pretty café-like design but the music is a little loud. I got the 8th Avenue açaí bowl for $11 that... comes with granola, bananas, and honey. Bananas were ripe and sweet but the base was quite cold and you can?t really taste thehoney (although I don?t really mind because I don?t like honey).
