Consistent, delicious food at excellent prices. I've only had delivery and it's always quick and hot. I love the pitas and I... would buy the hot sauce by the jar if I could find it. Portions are generous and the plates make pretty good leftovers and havea good variety with the rice and salad. Read more
Ordering process and pickup procedure were fine. Beef tasted pretty much in line with expectations, as did the pita and... vegetables. Unfortunately, the dish was brought down by the rice and white sauce, which were very bland. Ok but nothing special. Read more
Order the combo platter with chicken & Beef. Very salty beef and I don't even know if it was beef. It looked breaded and it... was square and flat. Chicken was OK. White sauce didn't have enough garlic and rice was dry. I was they gave you more pitawedged with the platter. Also menu said $10.49 & register cost is $11.99 before tax. Staff says oops sorry $1 extra mark up. Um no that's a $1.49 mark up. You have to tell this to your customer's before they order. Btw Menus look new. All the pricesinside say the same as paper menu until you get to the register. I won't be coming here again. Read more
The famous Halal Guys chicken over rice, originated in the heart of Manhattan in 53th and 6th Avenue. Since the food truck days,... the expansion into brick and mortar stores added some other options such as sides, olives, onions, jalapeños, etc. and evenfries! The taste is somewhat subdued from the original hot plates from the food truck, but when you are 200 miles away from theoriginal food truck, this can satisfy your taste buds. Definitely recommended to those who are craving for some late nightcomfort food, expect to pay a slight premium for it vs. food truck in NYC though. Read more
