My all-time favorite location! ?? Zero complaints about the Cambridge location. There?s never usually lines in the drive-thru... and if so, they clear up fast. I can come here with ten minutes to spare and not be late to work. The baristas are always sonice and understanding as well. It?s very rare if they are ever out of something I want, so I?m always pleased (I can say thisfor caramel macchiatos, dragonfruit refreshers, sausage/egg/cheese, and pumpkin bread, at least). I come here 5 out of 7 days aweek, so I definitely know every experience is amazing! I recommend this location over any location! ?????????? I love this Starbucks. Come here all the time. Drinks are always perfect and the staff is awesome.
Love my coffee but hated the long drive thru line since the inside wasn't open. Not Eben for pre-orders!
We have been coming here for over a year and never had problems. Today we made our mobile order as usual, waited a minute, then... went through the drive thru. We ordered 3 drinks and a cake pop. We were told, at the window, that we should wait 3-5 minutesafter placing a mobile order so it will be ready. Really? What difference does it make if I order all my drinks at the window ororder on the mobile app? I realize I'm going to have to wait while the drinks are made. My iced coffee had almond milk and asplash of heavy cream. My lid was filled and dripping with heavy cream. "Be careful, the lid is full." Over half my drink wasmilk and cream. Then we sat outside. No napkins, no garbage can outside. I had to go inside to get napkins. They were no napkinsin the whole store. Is there new management? Very disappointing.
