After the woman made me wait for 10 minutes before even acknowledging me while she was prepping her sandwiches for tomorrow, she... then informed me that they did not have ANY fruit to make ANY juice on the menu. Visited the Cambridge Mall Booster Juice Kiosk and was served by a young lady named 'Abbey'. After she assisted me in selecting... my menu item, we customized it to accommodate my food choices. Then while preparing the "drink" she came back to the counter andasked If I was allergic to a particular ingredient that went in to the "drink" as some of the ingredient had fallen into theother ingredient bucket, which is where she picked up on a conversation we were having in the background and thought that maybethe reason why I couldn't have the ingredient was becasue of allergies. I explained my reason for not consuming the ingredientand she continued to make my 'drink'. I like my drink 'extra thick, with less liquid and more banana. She mixed it up perfectlyand just the right amount of flavour. Very Well done Abbey - thank you for your attention to detail. Keep up the great work. PSwhen we told her we were going to post this review she was humble enough to respond in a very surprised manner, as if she hasnever received well deserved praise at her place of work before.... We should all take the time to praise one another when andwhere we can. To help "build up someone" rather than "tear them down" is a far better compliment than what we are used to thesedays. Just ordered smoothies for my staff off skip the dishes.. no labels on the drinks. We have no clue who's is who's. They are all... the same colour.
