I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews here, but I've been here 3 times and been pretty happy all 3. Love the chicken strip sandwich... and the onion rings are delicious too. Keep the bag open for takeout or the steam will make everything soggy which appears to bethe biggest complaint. For me, no complaints keep up the good work Read more
I wish this ghost kitchen would make like a ghost and disappear! We ordered chicken strips, curly fries, pickles & mac n cheese... balls. Mac n cheese balls & pickles were the better part. Curly fries were soggy af and chicken strips were moist inside (whichis why 2 star) but so soggy on the outside. We picked up on time (we waited while they finished up actually) and drove only 5mins home & ate when we got home so it should have been crispy. Seems like oil may not be hot enough or old. Just ok. Ordered 3-piece hot chicken with fries, rings and mac and cheese bites. The mac and cheese bites were fine, but,... although they were crispy on the outside, they were cold inside. The fries are okay, a little soggy. Onion rings were fine. Thetwo tablespoons of pickle slaw were alright, I would have liked to see have more to actually gauge my opinion. Got two dips:honey dill, which was good and the signature sauce which was also fine, although unremarkable. The chicken itself was also fine.The portion size of the chicken was pretty small but, on review, was similar to the pics on the website. What must be the 'hot'sauce was unevenly distributes, so it was mostly a large clump on one piece, and was not very hot. The chicken was crispy enoughand decently seasoned. Gave it a solid 2. Nothing spectacular. You can?t eat in the restaurant so it?s only take out. Sandwich was OK. I had the... Nashville Hot and it had some zing to it. Curly fries you don?t get a lot. Same with coleslaw. It?s all we ordered because theydon?t have menus. You have to scan a barcode to download, which for computer and iPhone illiterate people like me it isfrustrating as can be. Price was fair. If I never ate it again I wouldn?t be that concerned by it. Read more
