As a coffee roaster, they do have a lot of options for beans. But staff are not trained properly to explain the difference... between beans, roasting profiles, the beans are not given enough time to be ready. I was drinking a pour over with beans thatwas roasted 3 days ago. It was ok, but not outstanding. The espresso of the cappuccino was under extracted, acidity was high,not balanced, barista has no experience with oat milk, the art was poorly done. Read more
Beautiful coffee shop with lots of unique merchandise and equipment like siphons and goose neck kettles (expensive though). Got... an iced latte, the quality of the milk they use is nice but the espresso was a tad bit over extracted (bitter) still a very goodiced latte. Tried this local coffee shop out after many recommendations from friends and absolutely loved it! The coffee is like no other,... the taste of their freshly roasted coffee is unmatched. Their baked goods are also fresh and delicious and ambiance inside iscozy and welcoming. Read more
