The employee had no clue how to make a milkshake. Wasted $6.49 for essentially a huge cup of milk. Was only in the area passing... thru and was really looking forward to a choc/pb milkshake. This Baskin Robbins is connected to a Dunkin Donuts and struggles because of it. If you're in the drive through, it isnt too... bad. But if you go inside, expect to wait a decent amount of time before you can be helped. It's honestly kind of annoying that8 other Dunkin Customers were helped before I could be taken care of.
