The owner is always harassing me. She doesn't seem fit to he a owner of any establishment and is way out of touch with the... community she serves. This has happened more than once and not just me. I had my birthday here. The bartenders CiCi and KiKi were very friendly and full of personality. They were definitely attentive... to my guests and their needs. They kept the drinks flowing and everyone was happy. Rose the owner was very accommodating towhatever I needed done, she was very friendly and personable.
