They really need to have someone in the mornings just taking calls for orders.
I bought a cake too large for any box they had. Also, they don't secure items that they put in a box that's larger than it needs... to be. My cupcakes were ruined because they rolled around inside the box the baker put them in. Then I had to travel with my2-tier cake in half a box. The total cake was completely exposed. If the cake wasn't half good, it would have been a totalbust!! Good cake........poor service. Read more

Food is good. Coffee is good. No complaints on that. The hours however do not match the website hours I go in at 2pm they are... practically closed I get told the coffee station is closed the kitchen is closed, even though the website states they are openuntil 4:30.
