The food is typical McDonald's food. The playplace is clean and modern. The service however leaves alot to be desired. When they... brought the food to the table, over half the order was missing. ( 2 of the drinks, the cookies and half of one of the HappyMeals). If it had been a large order, I might understand, but it was only 2 Happy Meals, one adult meal and the cookies. Thenthere were no straws or napkins and the employees acted like it was an inconvenience to help you. Read more
I was so impressed with this location! We were in the area for a month and I took my toddler at least 3 times a week. The indoor... playplace is so clean and spacious with plenty of seating for parents. The actual play structure is very spacious, I could fitmost of the way to the top. It has a nice see through mesh all around. My toddler wanted to stay an average of 2 hours eachtime, she loved it. I appreciated that they will bring your food to you and also offer refills now and then so you don't have toleave your kids. It's a great place for kids. The food was average - it's still McDonald's... but the staff was very friendlyand welcoming to kids and parents. I have a new high standard of playplace I'm looking for while traveling, thanks to thislocation! Read more
I work in camden so I usually stop in to grab breakfast, I have yet to have a bad experience with their morning shift crew! They... are always friendly, and fast! There is this one young lady that works there, Amber, that is so sweet and so bubbly it puts youin a good mood first thing in the morning! Customer Service!! I have been here before and have had terrible service, but my daughter wanted to stop in the other day to... pay in the newly renovated Play Place. The kids area was really nice and updated. There was one lady working there that made itfeel like a real restaurant. I wish I knew her name.
