My cheeseburgers and tots came out to us cold and appeared to be old not freshly cooked at all. Tots was just as bad. I returned... them to the manager who agreed that order should have never been served. Moments later she brought me out another order andagain it was not freshly cooked. Meat was so cold it wouldn't even melt the cheese. I'm very disappointed that our sonic haswent so far downhill. I threw my meal out and don't think I'll be returning. Our family stopped by a little earlier and we were excited about the half-priced shakes after 8 o?clock but the attendant who... was working told us the deal was not valid. I thought all sonics were supposed to honor 50% off after 8pm? At least it says soon commercials and on the website so I guess it?s just false advertising. Ordered a large popcorn chicken and when i was asked if i wanted sauce i asked for a couple buffalo sauce and was charged an... extra $3 for sauce when i questioned it when ordering i was told sauce apparently isn?t free with them at this location. Wonderif corporate knows this. Read more

The food was old tasting. The chicken dinner meal didn't come with gravy like usual, chicken was dark brown almost like it... wasn't fresh, totast was cold and not edible for my grandmother, my cousin wouldn't even touch his burger and always eats burgerno matter where they are form unless they are nasty. Tots could of been cooked two minutes more. I use to work at since inBolivar and your sonic was very disappointing. Only upside is the service. Malarie was our server she did excellent on readingit back to me and who ever was on headset for #189731 props for combining combos to make a cheaper deal.
