I hired The Butcher Shop to cater my wedding. I loved how laid back the whole process was and our ability to move at our own... pace. We did a tasting and knew immediately this was the food that we wanted. We were able to get enough barbecue for 150 peopleat a very reasonable price. The food was delicious and working with Chris was a breeze. They delivered all of the food plus setup the buffet at our venue in Buffalo Missouri, and let us bring back their dishes and coolers the next day. They do offerserving the food as an add-on that we opted out of. Looking back we probably should?ve let them do it because the food was sogood guests we?re going back for seconds before everyone had even been served! I highly recommend their services for any event. Read more
