I used to be a fan of Panera but in the past year the quality of food and variety has suffered. The only thing you get are... chicken sandwiches and salads. The soups are good but the onion soup has gotten very bad. For a $9 bowl of soup it's reallydisappointing. The pic shows little soup and less cheese. It was warm but definitely not hot and satisfying. Done surprised ifthe franchise is gone in the near future. Read more

Advertising works. I saw a picture of their new spicy chicken sandwich somewhere... I needed to have that sandwich. The missus... was out, offered to pick me one up, and I was VERY excited. I ordered online... we got two chicken sandwiches, two drinks, andsome mac & cheese for the baby which rung up to OVER $40... i have no idea how... but still, I thought... this is going to be sogood, it will be worth it. Then the food arrived. Drink was pretty good, it was a mango something or other. But the sandwich waspriced $8 too much... that's right, it was a $10 sandwich and garbage. I would take a McDonald's chicken sandwich over this.Never again. You made me sad, I hope you're happy, Mr. Panera. Read more

Love Panera, love the food and coffee. Always a solid bet. The staff are always nice. Sometimes there is a long wait for your... food and drink, but, I feel that's anywhere anymore thanks to our more popular restaurants having to serve both in personcustomers as well as so many deliveries/pickups.
