I don't know why I insist on returning to this location since they rarely open on time and argue about honoring discounts they... text to get you through the door. Case in point? It's Thursday at 3:08 PM, and they're closed. What time is their postedoperating hours? According to their Google business listing, it's 3 to 9 PM. NO EXPLANATION, no sign, and it's the norm ratherthan the exception at this location. Wonder why your location isn't as busy as it could be? ???? Perhaps you might ask thepeople sitting in the parking lot waiting for you to open. BTW, it's almost 3:15, and it's STILL not open. Read more

Our 1st time experience was less than perfect. My daughter mentioned that it was our 1st time there. The information that was... provided was less than adequate putting it politely. Nothing about pricing or sampling different flavors the toppings were noteven labled... The staff member went to the back never to return until my daughter was at the register. Read more
