I ordered a fish combo. The fries were cold. I took them back and told the employee that they were cold. She took them back and... placed them in the warmer where they set them to give to the next order. ???? She then gave me some different one that were lukewarm. Definitely won't eat here again. Walked in with family, employee told us that he was shutting down the dining room due to short staff situation. Waited in drive... thru for 25 minutes, not moving, while same employee goes out to his truck and sits in it doing nothing. Finally order. Ordermissing a sandwich, which I had to go in and get. Kids fries for happy meal only 1/4 full. Cashier ran one coupon out of threebut kept all three. Had to ask for them back. Read more
Ordered 20 nuggets and they came out burnt as hell. Brought them to the counter and they replaced them with even more burnt... nuggets. Absolutely crazy. The sad part is, is that I would have rather ate at the chow hall. Tasted like they cooked thenuggets with aluminum in a microwave. First google review I have ever wrote and they deserved it. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened! So I went back through and politely asked for a... sweet tea because I received an unsweet and the guy shook the cup in front of me and when I tasted it it was pure sugar and onlyhalf tea! I walked in and ordered because they had closed down their drive thru. After ordering I stood in the corner waiting for my... number to be called, which it never was. After 15min I went up to the server and he accussed me off already getting my food andhad an attitude as I explained that I stood in the exact same spot since ordering. If someone else took my order, it is not myfault for the staffs lack of attention to detail. Check receipts before handing out food and this entire problem would have beenavoided. Also, they were out of orange juice at 8am during breakfast! I've never heard of a place serving breakfast be out ofthe most iconic breakfast drink.
