My Venti White Chocolate Mocha was amazing however I gave this place a 3 rating because the staff spent so much time gossiping... about previous customers and ex-coworkers! This was a major turn-off! They seemed really nice while customers were at thecounter but while I was sitting is the waiting area at the pharmacy, all I hear is them talking about folks! Definitely not thetime or place for this type of behavior! Read more
4 out of 5 times I've ordered, they have forgot (or deliberately took out) sugar in common drinks that are meant to be sweet.... Mocha lattes, seasonal drinks, frappe, etc. If Starbucks wasn't a big name I'd probably say that it's the worst coffee shop ofall time, but it just seems to be this place. Read more
