This taco bell is so horrible. They RARELY get our order right. Completely missed 4 items this time and what we did get was... missing things we asked for on our mobile order. They clearer do not read the order all the way through. They've done this inthe past but it's been even worse since the manager has changed. We are so sick of having to go back and tell them how to dotheir job. This location should be shut down or get better management. Read more
I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the ladies at the front counter. They were very friendly. Other than that I ordered a... chicken and cheese taco no lettuce (just chicken and cheese)... They messed it up, took it back in and waited another 5 minutesto have it remade. Took it back to my husband and he got mad because there was no flavor to it. He threw it to the birds andlost his ring in the process. My $2 beefy burrito was on point...through the first 3rd of it. That's the only place the meatwas. The rest was all rice. I made a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. I get there 10 minutes later and they are working on the drive thru so I go... inside. A cashier asks to take my order. I explain that I have a mobile order. He pulls it up and says I'll get them started onit. While I'm waiting, about six groups of people come in and order. They start bringing out the orders that came in AFTER me.Remember, my order was in ten minutes before these people ordered and now they have their food and I'm still waiting. Finally Iget the cashier to find out where my food is. Now mind you, my order consists of two items...TWO! Five more minutes and Ifinally get my order. I sit down at home to eat it and it looks half thrown together. I don't think I'll be back. There is noexcuse for any of this. Read more
